One Life Active Coaching Membership: What's Changed?

I am excited to share details about my coaching membership. Over the last three years, I have offered a fitness program, a race training program, and a nutrition program separately. Every client that came to me wanting help with nutrition moved into fitness at some point and vice versa. Some of them wanted to join in on races as well, which was a different membership. This was confusing to my prospects and clients and even to me sometimes. Making my coaching a single membership provides me the freedom to coach you on anything involving fitness, nutrition & race training.


The One Life Active coaching process comes alive through a four-step framework: vision, habits, planning, and thought management. These phases provide a comprehensive approach to achieving your goals by helping you focus your efforts, automate healthy behaviors, create a sustainable lifestyle, and overcome mindset blocks.




These four phases are simply the way we apply everything we have to offer in the membership. Before you join, you will have a 20 - 30 minute call with me and we will discuss what you are trying to achieve and how I can help you. For your first month in the program, you will have weekly calls with me as well as instant access to my client vault. I will share information about the vault soon, but it contains tons of resources that will help you achieve your goal.


Many of you are already my clients in the Jumpstart Program, Nutrition Coaching & Fitness Coaching. If you belong to one of those programs, Good News! Your program will expand to all of my tools at your current price point. Skills & Drills Group Classes as well as Personal Training are separate and will carry their current pricing.
