New Website & Client Vault Coming Soon!!!

I am so excited to share that we are putting the final touches on our new website. There are some exciting changes coming and I wanted to share them with all of you here first.

One of the biggest changes will be my program offerings. I will be simplifying things to bring my clients maximum value.

There will now be three ways to access coaching:

1. Through the new "Coaching Membership" which is paid monthly and is a comprehensive coaching program that includes everything my separate programs covered all in one place. The program will give you access to me, creation of a custom program for you, as well as access to a badass client vault that I am building.

2. Group Coaching:

Skills & Drills: My paid weekly in person training on Tuesday & Thursday mornings in Downtown Woodstock

Running Group: My free community run every Wednesday morning in Downtown Woodstock

Paid Group Race Training: Throughout the year, my community chooses races and I build the training plans & lead group training sessions to get everyone ready for success on race day.

3. Personal Training: Individual PT sessions in your home, a gym, or outdoor location

Over the next couple of weeks, I am going to share information about my passion and reasons for creating a coaching membership program as well as details about how it all works. I am also going to share the details of the client vault with you. It is going to be a place that my 30+ years of experience is going to be housed for my clients to learn from. There will be tons of resources available to you for use at any time.

Our goal is to launch the website by June 1st. We have our photo shoot next week and we are working like crazy on designing the initial resources for the client vault. My wife wants to record a bunch of videos for the vault. I will invite you on this journey with me, mostly for comedy reasons, because video is new for me and I'm positive there will be plenty of bloopers. Any questions? Message me.
