Everything Is On The Line

This is an absolute vital time in our lives because everything is on the line.

We've all been in our homes due to the recent pandemic restrictions and now we are starting to see life coming back in phases. This is the perfect time to reflect, set goals and plan how we are going to make our come back. There has never been a greater time in our lives to evaluate what's worked and what hasn’t. What habits do we need to drop? What habits we need to continue? We’ve all spent the past couple of months living our lives completely different from what we’re used to.

My personal experience since quarantine began has been amazing. There are things I had on a long “to do” wish list that are now complete. If it were not for this time those things would not have happened. The memories we have created will last forever. As I reflect on the positive routines and memories, I want them to last and continue.

I want to hang on to the evening walks with my family, dinners together, home cooked meals, checking in regularly with friends and family and taking time to breathe. As everything opens back up and people try to get back to “normal”, I don’t want to go back to the way life was. If I don’t write out what I want to keep and what I want to relinquish in my life, old ways of doing things will come back and I will miss out on an amazing opportunity.

Even good things need pruning.

This is a choice for each and every one of us. This is your unique and very special one life. The way you live it is entirely up to you. Take inventory of your life regularly, write out what you want to keep and what you want to give away from this time in quarantine. Write out a plan of action steps to achieve the greatest outcome. Everything good is created with a plan. The first step to any plan is to write it out.

I have created a simple downloadable, printable template for you to get started with planning your steps.

Don't lose out on the opportunity to reflect and grow.

Sometimes we need another person who can coach us through what action we should take and how to get started and stay motivated. My passion as a coach is walking along side people as they develop a vision and then take action steps to achieve it. I want to help you achieve the new goals you've set for yourself.

“While it is tempting to play it safe, the more we’re willing to risk, the more alive we are. In the end, what we regret most are the chances we never took.”
