I'm so excited to talk about this forgotten vegetable! When I think of celery, I think of the crunch in tuna or chicken salad. Friends, I am here to tell you celery is so much more than the vegetable with the crunch, this bad boy is loaded with amazing health properties.

I juice an entire bunch of celery weekly, that's about 16oz of juice. I'm good for a small glass a day and I am seriously loving the health benefits. My family likes it mixed with watermelon juice, but you can drink it solo. If you don't like pulp, you can strain it before drinking it. Best advice, drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and drink it ice cold!
