Be A Juice Ninja


I've been so juiced up since I received my Father’s Day gift!

The "Ninja" (Blender) has been a game changer for making smoothies, drinks, and Acai bowls.

I'm no stranger to juicing but a new blender makes it even more fun. This one puts out some serious power!

Eating whole foods reduces inflammation, helps your mood, gets you healthy, and has a long list of benefits.


Try a 14-day challenge and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. I have increased my fruit and vegetable intake recently and I feel amazing! My mood, thought process, body and overall health have improved.

Listen, you don’t know until you try it. We can all improve on our nutrition. I encourage you to challenge yourself.

I always say, "Tweak don’t Overhaul." Meaning, add a little sweet goodness to your day and enjoy the benefits of weight loss, balanced blood sugar, reduced inflammation, increased antioxidants, and just plain better health!
