I've always loved endurance sports—they're challenging and exciting, and they've really shaped who I am. When I was 19, I got this amazing opportunity to join a semipro cycling team in Italy, and that's when my passion for pushing myself in sports really took off. When I came back home to the States, I was lucky enough to get sponsored by big brands like Motorola and Bud Light for mountain biking. It's been incredible—it's not just about the racing, but also about the amazing people I've met along the way.
Endurance sports have taught me so much about sticking with it, staying disciplined, and pushing through tough times. Every ride or training session is a chance to see what I'm made of and find new ways to keep going.
Now, as a coach who's all about endurance sports, my goal is to share that passion and help others reach their goals, no matter where they're starting from. Whether you're a pro looking to fine-tune your game or just starting out, I'm here to create plans that fit you perfectly. I want to help you dig deep and achieve more than you thought possible in endurance sports.
