Brian will help you develop these habits gradually to support your training and make them achievable so life doesn't get in the way of you being ready at the start line.

You need a plan to establish your training habits successfully. It helps you set achievable goals, prepare for challenges, and create a structured approach to make the habits stick. Brian will guide you through this planning step-by-step and support you with a custom plan through Training Peaks. This ensures that your plan is manageable and not overwhelming.

To excel, you must have robust mental toughness. Your thoughts shape your feelings, actions, and ultimately, your results. Today's outcomes directly stem from your thoughts. Brian helps people learn to "embrace the suck" on race day.

In the Coaching Membership, Brian focuses on nutrition as key for success.  He helps you fuel your body properly to perform your best throughout training & on race day.

Virtual Coaching
